1. Religion:
A religious school teacher got sick and had to go on leave and replaced her with a sub. When she was able to return the school fired her. This case went to the supreme court and the decision was made that the government must decide the hiring and firing of religious organizations.
2. Minority:
A white woman applied for the University of Texas and did not get accepted because she believed in the color of her skin. She went around saying that she was higher than everyone else there and was involved more. Texas wanted diversity.
3. School System:
A kid was searched for ibuprofen by the school which made the mother very unhappy. The mom stated that the 4th amendment was violated when the school searched the child for no reason.
