This is in a bar, I am assuming, and Indians are not allowed to have any beer.
2. What is going on in America at that time?
This is in 1941, WWII is taking place.
3. What do the people's faces reflect?
There are no faces in this picture but if they were, I'm sure that the Indians would be upset but the Americans would not.
4. Give an example of how this might happen today.
Racism is still and issue today, this could happen in any bar, especially is the bar owner is a racist.
